RENTAL GUIDELINES

Deposit Policy: 25% deposit is required to secure equipment and/or services.  The deposit is refundable up until  5 days of the rental date.  After 5 days, If rental is cancelled for any reason to include inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will have up to 6 months to reschedule the rental/services. The remaining balance is due upon set-up of equipment.

Payment Policy: Trendsetterz Party Rentalz accepts Cash, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay, Venmo and PayPal

Trendsetterz Party Rentalz reserves the right to cancel rental/services due to high wind, inclement weather or any other conditions that could pose a safety hazard to customers, our employees, or damage to equipment.
